Amazon listing image generator: a 5–6 image set from one product photo

Upload one photo. Get the main image on pure white, a feature infographic, a lifestyle scene, an in-hand scale shot and a detail close-up, sized for Amazon and checked against its image rules.

What does the Amazon listing image generator make from one photo?

Product Aura makes 5 Amazon listing images from one product photo, or 6 with the optional benefit banner: 1 main image on pure white, 1 feature infographic, 1 lifestyle image, 1 in-hand image, 1 detail close-up and 1 benefit banner. The ZIP names each file in listing order:

Which image is the main image, and how is it made?

The main image is built from your photo: Product Aura cuts your product out and places it on pure white (RGB 255, 255, 255), centered and filling about 85% of a 2,000 × 2,000 px frame, with a soft contact shadow. Amazon shows this image in search results, so it carries no text, logos or props.

The main image is the one shoppers see first in search, which is why it is built from your own photo rather than imagined from a description. Check the label and details before you upload it, as with every image.

What do the infographic images show?

The feature infographic shows your product on a clean background with 3 to 4 short callouts, each with a simple line icon. The callouts are the selling points in your product profile, which you check and edit before anything is generated. The optional benefit banner puts your product in a styled scene with one headline. What do the lifestyle and in-hand images show?

The lifestyle image places your product in a realistic setting that matches its buyer, with natural light and a few props that do not compete with the product. The in-hand image shows a hand holding or using the product, so shoppers see its real size. The detail close-up shows materials and finish.

How do you create Amazon listing images with AI in Product Aura?

You upload one photo, check the product profile, switch shots on or off in the shot plan, and download a ZIP. The images take about 1 to 3 minutes to make.

1. Upload one product photo

Use a clear, well-lit photo that shows the whole product: a JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 15 MB. You can upload on the home page before you have an account.

2. Check the product profile

Product Aura reads the photo and drafts the product name, its selling points and the setting it belongs in. You edit all three on one screen. The selling points become the infographic callouts.

3. Pick the shots in the shot plan

The shot plan lists every image with its shape and credit cost, and shows the total before anything runs. Untick any image you do not need. You also choose the language of the text on the images here.

4. Review, edit with a sentence, and download the ZIP

Rate each image with a thumbs up or down. Change any image with a sentence such as “warmer light, add a marble counter”, or make it again; each new version is kept, so you can go back. Download all finished images as one ZIP, named in listing order.

Do the generated images meet Amazon’s image requirements?

Product Aura checks every image against Amazon’s published requirements and shows a checklist on each image set. The rules are a pure white main image, a product that fills 85% or more of the frame, 500 to 10,000 pixels on the longest side (over 1,000 for zoom) and a JPEG, TIFF, PNG or non-animated GIF file. Amazon decides what it accepts. Product Aura follows the published rules and shows a checklist for each image.

The full list, with every source, is on the Amazon image requirements page.

Can you use AI-generated images on Amazon?

Amazon allows AI-assisted images. Since June 6, 2026, Amazon staff say images with photorealistic, fully AI-generated people must carry the keyword contains-synthetic-performer in the image’s XMP dc:subject metadata (Amazon announcement, staff answers, Seller Forums). The in-hand image shows a realistic hand, so when a set includes it, the ZIP adds a short note that explains this rule. Product Aura also writes the IPTC “digital source type” label into every image it makes, the standard machine-readable mark for AI images.

What size are the exported images?

The main image is exported at 2,000 × 2,000 pixels, and the other images are made at 2K (2,048 × 2,048 pixels for square shots). Both are inside Amazon’s 500 to 10,000 px range and above the 1,600 px Amazon staff call optimal for zoom.

Can the image text be in German, French, Japanese or another marketplace language?

Yes. You choose the language of the text on the images for each image set, so you can make German callouts for amazon.de and Japanese callouts for amazon.co.jp from the same product. Product Aura writes on-image text in 13 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Swedish, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Korean, Turkish, Arabic.

[Language example: the same feature infographic with English and German callouts.]

How much does an Amazon listing image set cost?

A default Amazon set of 5 images costs 5 credits, because 1 credit is one 2K image. That is about $1.58 on the Creator plan ($19 for 60 credits) and about $1.24 on Business ($149 for 600 credits). With the benefit banner, the set costs 6 credits: about $1.90 on Creator.

Some premium image models cost 2 credits an image, and the shot plan always shows the total before you spend anything. If an image fails, its credits go back to your balance. See Product Aura pricing for every plan and credit pack.

Who uses the Amazon listing image generator?

Product Aura is built for Amazon sellers, brands, agencies and freelancers who need complete listing sets without a photo studio.

Amazon sellers with one store

Your first set needs no setup: upload a photo on the home page, sign in, and the shot plan is ready. Every product stays in your account, ready for its next set.

Brands with Brand Registry

The same product can also get wide banners for the A+ section with the Amazon A+ content generator.

Agencies and freelancers

Folders keep products apart by client, store or platform, and each image set downloads as its own ZIP. The API runs the same generator for bulk work.

Developers and AI agents

The same generator runs from the Product Aura MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and from the command line with npx productaura generate ./photo.jpg --pack amazon. Both use the product image API and the same credits.

Questions

How many images can an Amazon listing have?

Amazon requires at least one image and recommends six images plus one video (Amazon staff, Seller Forums). Product Aura makes 5 images by default and 6 with the optional benefit banner.

Does Amazon require a white background?

Yes, for the main image: pure white, RGB 255, 255, 255. The other listing images can show scenes, callouts and people.

What is the best AI for Amazon listing images?

Look for four things: a main image that keeps your real product, images sized to Amazon’s rules, correct text on infographics, and text in your marketplace’s language. Product Aura composites the main image from your photo, checks every image against Amazon’s published rules and writes on-image text in 13 languages.

Can I use my own brand fonts and colors?

Not yet. Brand kits with your logo, colors and fonts are planned. Today you can change any image with a sentence, such as “use a navy and white color scheme”.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. New accounts get 20 credits to try it, enough for several Amazon sets, with no card needed.
